Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Praktik Dokter Berbasis Web Menggunakan Personal Extreme Programming

Digital transformation in primary healthcare facilities specifically physician practices is essential to overcome the limitations of manual operational management, such as slow patient data retrieval, the risk of record duplication, delayed report generation, and reliance on physical documents. This study aims to develop a web-based Physician Practice Information System to support more structured data management and service administration. The system was developed using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, encompassing the stages of Requirements Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. PHP and MySQL were utilized for development, supported by modeling techniques including ERD, LRS, and UML. Key modules implemented include user login and authentication, a dashboard, patient master data, user management, patient transaction reports, profile management, password changes, and user access rights configuration; these modules align with the system's functional requirements. Functional testing was conducted using Black Box Testing across 19 scenarios, covering login (4 scenarios), patient data management (4), transaction reports (2), user management (4), user profiles (3), and password changes (2). All 19 scenarios yielded the expected outputs, resulting in a 100% functional success rate. These results demonstrate that the system's core functions operate according to requirement specifications. The system facilitates the digitization of patient data management and practice administration, reduces reliance on manual record-keeping, and serves as a foundation for developing more integrated services.
